In folk tradition it is believed that, when you are facing great difficulty, you can call her by the name "Mazu" and she will immediately come to your rescue. Finished size is 18"H X 9W X 6D, custom oiled soapstone base, engraved nameplate included. Currently on exhibit at the Art Cottage in New Braunfels, Texas.
